Over the past four decades, I have studied behavioral psychology, hypnosis, past life regression, metaphysics, astrology, tarot, energy healing, and the many ways human beings seek meaning, healing, and purpose. Along the way, I discovered that no single discipline holds all the answers. Each offers a piece of a much larger puzzle.
My work today reflects that understanding.
As a soul-centered hypnotherapist, past life regression specialist, teacher, author, and spiritual guide, I help people uncover the deeper patterns influencing their lives. These patterns may appear as recurring relationship challenges, self-sabotaging behaviors, fears, health concerns, grief, uncertainty, or a persistent feeling that life is calling them toward something more.
Over thousands of client sessions, I have learned that most people are not struggling because they lack intelligence, motivation, or desire. More often, they are caught in patterns they cannot yet see.
The symptom is rarely the real problem.

Each milestone along my path reflects a lifelong devotion to learning, growth, and guiding others toward transformation.

By exploring the deeper story beneath the surface, we can uncover the origins of these patterns, gain insight into their purpose, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of training more than 1,100 practitioners, teaching hypnotherapy and past life regression internationally, serving as an adjunct professor and transformational coach, and authoring six books on hypnosis, healing, and consciousness. Yet the greatest lessons have come from the clients and students who have entrusted me with their stories and allowed me to witness the remarkable resilience of the human spirit.
Whether you are seeking soul-centered healing, clarity, personal transformation, spiritual awakening, or a deeper understanding of your soul’s journey, my role is not to tell you who you are. My role is to help you discover that wisdom for yourself.
I believe each of us carries within us a deeper knowing—a wisdom that transcends fear, limitation, and circumstance. When we learn to access that wisdom, we gain the ability to transform old patterns, align with our purpose, and create lives filled with greater meaning, fulfillment, and joy.
Transformation begins with awareness.
I would be honored to walk beside you on that journey.
— Mary Lee LaBay
My understanding of healing did not come only from books, certifications, or classroom.
It was shaped by decades of exploration—through travel, motherhood, teaching, spiritual study, personal challenges, and a lifelong curiosity about the mysteries of life.
Living in different places, meeting people from many cultures, and walking through both joy and hardship taught me that growth rarely follows a straight line. Some of our greatest lessons arrive through the unexpected turns of the journey.
Those experiences deepened my appreciation for the resilience of the human spirit and taught me that even our greatest challenges can become doorways to wisdom, healing, and transformation.
Today, I bring not only professional training and decades of experience to my work, but also the perspective gained from a life fully engaged with learning, discovery, and personal growth.
My work is not about fixing what is broken.
It is about helping people remember what is whole.
Every journey unfolds in its own rhythm — and I’ll honor yours. Whether this is a single step or a longer passage of growth, we’ll walk it together with care and intention.
Over the course of a lifetime devoted to the study of consciousness, healing, and human potential, certain threads begin to reveal themselves. Mine has been a devotion to understanding the deeper architecture of the psyche and the soul — and to sharing that understanding in ways that are both grounded and transformative.
I am a member of Mensa, a reflection of innate curiosity and love of pattern, meaning, and complexity. I have also served multiple terms on boards of directors for professional hypnotherapy organizations, including the National Guild of Hypnotists and the Washington Hypnosis Association, helping steward the ethical and professional evolution of the field.
My path has carried me into academic settings such as Bastyr University and Bellevue College, as well as into decades of privately hosted trainings where practitioners gathered not just to learn technique, but to deepen presence, discernment, and confidence in their work. In recognition of this body of teaching and service, I was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award, a moment that invited reflection as much as celebration.
I am a lifelong world traveler and speak Spanish as a second language. My work has been shaped by many lands, cultures, and wisdom traditions — reinforcing again and again that while techniques may differ, the human longing for healing, meaning, and wholeness is universal.
Today, I stand in a quieter, more distilled chapter of my work — less focused on accumulation, more on transmission. What I offer now is not simply knowledge, but perspective; not just methods, but wisdom earned through time, devotion, and experience. I work with those who feel the call to deepen, to integrate, and to honor the next evolution of their own becoming.
