Her work draws from a lifetime devoted to understanding the mind, spirit, and the art of transformation — including more than 40 years of Celtic Shamanic studies. She’s practiced tarot and astrology since 1967, offering intuitive guidance for thousands of clients throughout the years.

Clients feel seen, supported, and deeply empowered to create meaningful change.
Every journey unfolds in its own rhythm — and I’ll honor yours. Whether this is a single step or a longer passage of growth, we’ll walk it together with care and intention.
Over the course of a lifetime devoted to the study of consciousness, healing, and human potential, certain threads begin to reveal themselves. Mine has been a devotion to understanding the deeper architecture of the psyche and the soul — and to sharing that understanding in ways that are both grounded and transformative.
I am a member of Mensa, a reflection of innate curiosity and love of pattern, meaning, and complexity. I have also served multiple terms on boards of directors for professional hypnotherapy organizations, including the National Guild of Hypnotists and the Washington Hypnosis Association, helping steward the ethical and professional evolution of the field.
My path has carried me into academic settings such as Bastyr University and Bellevue College, as well as into decades of privately hosted trainings where practitioners gathered not just to learn technique, but to deepen presence, discernment, and confidence in their work. In recognition of this body of teaching and service, I was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award, a moment that invited reflection as much as celebration.
I am a lifelong world traveler and speak Spanish as a second language. My work has been shaped by many lands, cultures, and wisdom traditions — reinforcing again and again that while techniques may differ, the human longing for healing, meaning, and wholeness is universal.
Today, I stand in a quieter, more distilled chapter of my work — less focused on accumulation, more on transmission. What I offer now is not simply knowledge, but perspective; not just methods, but wisdom earned through time, devotion, and experience. I work with those who feel the call to deepen, to integrate, and to honor the next evolution of their own becoming.
— Mary Lee LaBay
Mary Lee’s life beyond the therapy room—marked by world travel, multilingual fluency, leadership within professional organizations, and the deep initiations of motherhood—has shaped her work as much as any formal training. Today, she teaches, mentors, and works with clients from a place of earned wisdom, helping others move beyond limitation and into deeper alignment with their truth.
Her work is not about fixing what is broken—but about remembering what is whole.
